I have known Larome for 4 years in his capacity as a member of the Nowell Board of Directors. Larome assumed chair at the same time I was appointed Executive Director. I have served on many boards and been in education for over 15 years and I have yet to see a more dedicated person to the young people of Rhode Island. Larome supports me daily and I have grown so much as a leader because of Larome's support and coaching. He is always making connections, recruiting board members, starting committees, advocating for our school and so many more amazing projects. I will forever be deeply appreciative of Larome and I am grateful I have the opportunity to call Larome my boss.

He is deeply committed to advocating for the rights of young people and ensuring that they are treated fairly and justly by the justice system.
